GW AVIATION INSTITUTE OFFERS AIRLINE ECONOMICS COURSE FOR AVIATION REPORTERS, JAN. 15 – 16, 2003
Top Aviation Experts Address Current Business Issues and Challenges

EVENT: The George Washington University Aviation Institute will offer New Airline Industry Realities: Competition and Cost-Cutting in the Future, a two-day seminar for aviation reporters and editors, held Jan. 15 – 16 at the GW Virginia Campus in Ashburn, Va., located seven miles from Dulles International Airport. The seminar is designed to provide the media with the latest developments in airline economics directly from top experts in the airline industry, including Darryl Jenkins, co-director of the GW Aviation Institute and Dave Neelman, CEO, jetBlue and other experts from industry and academia. Topics covered include: Sustainable Wages and Irrational Exuberance, Airline Operations, Cost cutting, Hubs and the Rolling Hub, Distribution Costs and Regulation and the New European Scene.
