Campus offers accelerated and executive programs that can be completed
on weekends in less than two years. The Accelerated
M.B.A., new
to the Virginia Campus this fall, features Saturday cohort classes
and 18 specialization areas. Also meet the faculty and staff from
the Executive
M.S. in Information Systems Technology, the Accelerated
M.S. in Engineering Management, and the Accelerated
M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. The Executive
M.S. in Information Systems Technology is one of the top six executive programs as ranked by
Computer World (August 2002). Innovative doctoral programs, also structured around weekends for the wired executive, are available in higher education administration and in executive leadership in human and organizational change. Both programs are offered through the Graduate School of Education and Human Development, ranked by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top 25 schools of education in the United States. The George Washington University Virginia Campus in Loudoun County is the region’s fastest-growing research and technology campus with academic and research initiatives in transportation safety and security, public health and homeland security, professional and executive education, and information technology and telecommunications. The 12-year old, 90-acre campus is located in Ashburn in the technology and business corridor near Dulles International Airport.
